| C-106 RH-V Label Applicator WS Packaging Group Inc. has designed a more economical, compact, and lighter weight onserter for applying labels on cigarette cartons. Due to the size and weight this onserter can be mounted on a custom stand that can be rolled up to your machine or may be fixed in position depending on your application.
The C-106 Carton Onserter is rated for label applications up to 500 labels per minute and line speeds of up to100 m/min, depending on product configuration and label size.
This system uses speed-matched servomotor driven label feed to smoothly and accurately place the label on the cartons as they pass beneath the application point, during the index cycle of the Pack-S or on a continuously moving conveyor. The controls system will automatically adjust the label position if any speed changes of the product conveyor occur.

| WS Packaging Group Inc. has developed several models of high speed pack Onsert Labelers for the Tobacco Industry. Each Onsert model is specifically made to fit on the most standard tobacco equipment that is being used in the industry today. All Onserters use servo drive to feed labels automatically matching product speeds and applies labels on each pack with a typical accuracy of +/- 1mm. Each Onserter model is rated for label applications up to 600 packs per minute depending on the type of onsert construction.
