HL-X2 Hinge-Lid Coupon Inserter
Designed for the GD X2 module and uses low-cost roll fed material that saves big when compared with cut and stack type coupons. The benefits of the HL-X2 Inserter are the use of much less costly inserts, higher operating speeds and the opportunity to use 2 page folded inserts.
The Inserter costs about 1/2 the price of the GD inserter equipment and easily accommodates any size paper that will fit beneath the inner frame of the pack. For the operator, the inserter is much easier and more reliable than the GD machine and gives the operator better access to the GD, especially around the area of the inner frame transporting in the 4th wheel.
Speed tested to over 650 cycles per minute, the HL-X2 Inserter can deliver cut coupons without slowing the packer. Designed for continuous running, the HL-X2 is ideal for marketing campaigns because it can be easily removed or installed on similar equipment as needed.
