WS Packaging Group Inc. has developed several models of high speed pack Onsert Labelers for the Tobacco Industry. Each Onsert model is specifically made to fit on the most standard tobacco equipment that is being used in the industry today. All Onserters use servo drive to feed labels automatically matching product speeds and applies labels on each pack with a typical accuracy of +/- 1mm. Each Onserter model is rated for label applications up to 600 packs per minute depending on the type of onsert construction.

Pack inserting is an excellent marketing tool that is a cost effective method of advertising and does not invade on the cigarette pack graphics or health warning labels. The insert is placed inside the cigarette pack between the foil bundle and the inter-frame. Our Roll Inserters are priced reasonably and have a proven history in the tobacco industry.
