WS Packaging Group, Inc. Acquires SenecaSalem, Inc.
Purchase will add capabilities to the WSP product portfolio

Algoma, Wisconsin, November 1, 2007 - WS Packaging Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of SenecaSalem, Inc.
SenecaSalem operates two printing facilities: one in Salem, Ohio, and the other in Franklin, Pennsylvania. The company produces an array of labels via offset and flexographic, including shrink sleeve, cut-and-stack paper and film labels, in-mold labeling (blow and injection), and roll-to-roll labeling, among others. The company has approximately 200 employees and has long-standing relationships with Fortune 500 customers that serve food and beverage, petroleum, and other markets. SenecaSalem is ISO 9002 certified.
