Standard

Simple Design

The Standard P/A utilizes a keep-it-simple design to offer easy operation and minimal downtime by providing quick access to all maintenance parts.

Durability

The thick base plate, oversized shafts, and sealed bearings make it the most durable labeling head on the market.

Flexibility

Flexible for roll-on, tamp, blow, and tamp/blow technology, the Standard P/A labeler offers the flexibility to apply different types of pressure sensitive labels to the side, top, bottom, or corner of almost any shaped product.

Versatility

The Standard P/A can operate as a stand-alone labeler or it can be integrated with a wide variety of product handling devices. Available print engines are from Zebra®, Datamax®, Sato®, and Avery Dennison®.

Performance

Rated for applications of up to 200 labels per minute, depending on product configuration and label size with application speeds of up to 1200 inches per minute standard.

Controls

Powerful control scheme that converts complex mathematics used to control and synchronize each of the devices to a simple, user-friendly operator interface that allows precise setup of any system parameter.

Accuracy

Better than +/- 1/32 inch, subject to product variations.

Loose Loop

A perfect addition.

Add the Loose Loop P/A system for higher speed applications when direct print and apply labeling machines don't have the print speed capacity to keep up with line speeds. Great for labeling when the information does not change for large quantity runs. We have the expertise to help you select the right choice for your application.
