Duties & Responsibilities:
Extensive involvement in data analysis, root cause determination and corrective action implementation for the reduction of product and administrative customer complaints. Will verify process improvements and corrective action as well as quality documentation systems when discrepancies occur. Will aid in investigating and/or correcting product quality issues which could involve color, registration, construction, unwind, finished roll, deep die cuts, etc. Recommend credit/concession based on investigation. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as well as develop alternate solutions. Works well in group solving situations. Strives to build knowledge and skills, shares expertise with others. Listens to others, speaks and writes clearly. Understands business implications of decisions. Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
